Hello all,
I've read Tim's book on XY neigong and I have one question: do you practise San Ti Shi (single hand, double hand), as zhan zhuang, equally on both sides? How is the transition done?

Tnx
yin

Hi,
I was wondering something similar. Do you do san ti with the same focus on opposite force(like the six directions) and the dynamic tensions that I chuan standing uses? I guess I'm wondering if this method of training in I chuan is from Hsing I or if it's from somewhere else. thanks,
Josh

We advocate practicing all stance holding exercises an equal amount of time on both sides.

Tim,

Does bagua have a set of qigong excercises similar to the xingyi ones by Wang Ji Wu(as per your book)?
