I have noticed, that after a while, the power of the movements doesn't come from the arm, fist or even the shoulder, instead, it comes from the lower back.
Could I have you opinion about this ?

I would agree that the seat of power is in the lower back, actually the lower back in conjunction with the rest of the large muscles that attach to the pelvis.
