Dear Tim

I have a question ref Wang Ji Wu's Health exercises, exercise 3 opening & closing soothes the meridans (circling the arms front and back). I personally find this an excellent exercise (for me) for both warming up/cooling down and maintenance/injury treatment. And I have used it for shoulder injury/stiffness or frozen shoulder. And to retain range of joint motion, suppleness & flexibility.

My question/query. The hand and elbow that is placed firmly against the front of the chest, with the hand placed under the armpit, are the fingers pressing against any accupressure points/or not pressing against any. I know there are points around the armpit area so I'm asking if theres any relevance.

Cheers

Jay

Jason,

The hand is not pressing against any particular points.
