in all seriousness though, i've heard opinions on both sides: it being relevant in projecting energy and being a waste of energy (kind of like the HAI-YA)

i think that breathing is important in releasing energy, you cant hold your breath and do vasalva type breathing because it will make you stiff.

Maybe he could have shown the "palm to the heart" technique in application if his sparring partner wasn't rocking DD's.

She was hot, only thing that made the vid worth watching. He could have easily changed it from B level programming to A level by having her remove her shirt...

Apparently YouTube changes vids from time-to-time because there's no DD's in the current vid... but I'd hate to have been the training-dummy (as he got his arm hyper-extended).

During one of Tim's seminars a Xing-Yi master yanked my arm so hard & fast that I nearly got whiplashed as I saw his other hand coming up to intercept my head -- but he was merciful & didn't connect with that hand (that's why I'm still alive -- Xing-Yi is some very dangerous stuff)... (c:}
