Xing yi has many images that it uses. Some are traditional; chicken leg, bear shoulders; some more modern; your arm is a hose with water gushing out it. I have a new one. Imagine Popeye the Sailor man when he downs his can of spinach.

If I remember right, a big pulse of energy starts in his stomach (after he swallows the can of spinach), bounces down to his feet, then back out his fist, ¡§dinging¡¨ the opponent. There is ¡§whole body power¡¨ for you. What do you folks think?
