I was wondering if anybody has had any negative, emotional experiences when practicing the exercises. Within 2 weeks, my boyfriend has become "narky" (which also happens when he does Reiki and Tai Chi) and I have felt out of sorts. Any advice?
Yes, Tina my advice is that you enroll at your local Muay Thai club for classes, after you have been training for some time, your boyfriend will soon stop being narky with you.
does 'narky' mean he reports your illegal drug use to narcotics agents?

Thanks ima dude, I will give the sitting meditation and positive attitude a go. And no, my boyfriend would never harm me, he is a very compassionate, gentle guy who wouldn't harm a fly. He has spent alot of time training in China doing his Reiki, Tai Chi and various martial arts so has knowledge about the subjects - I think the main problem seems to be we are both very sensitive to energy changes.
tina, get off the weed... "energy changes" hehehehe this is not a tree hugger forum.
all Chi Huggers are welcome, even the narky ones.
Sometimes people just get narky. Even those who aren't studying Reiki or Tai Ji Chaun. Bob Dylan even wrote a song talking about how even when someone should be happy they get all narky. It's called 'Narking on Heaven's Door"
Reiki, now thats one ive never seen before...
I still remain untouched by Reiki... lol!!
Tim,
I'm noticing that certain places now have the XingYi NeiGong book available again. Amazon has it in stock again, for example.
But is this an updated version or just a reprint of the original? Are you actually planning to update the book like B.K. Frantzis did for "Opening the Enery Gates"?
thanks!
I haven't updated the book, the reprint will be the original.
Thanks, Tim. Amazon is out of them already. Seems demand is high. Take care.
They are still available at www.plumpub.com
