Thanks. I've got a very solid traditional MA's background and will incorporate a lot of those techniques/concepts into my teaching. Kind of what Uncle Tim's done with his background.

hey joe i do the same thing at my wing chun school in long beach.

at first i was a little wary, teaching incorporating Tim's stuff into my lesson plans (without "official" certification).

i talked to tim and he said

"eventually you are gonna blend in my techniques because: 1. you train here and 2. because it works."

Thanks for the support. The classes are going really well. I put some clips up on the site and on the blog. (I really need to actually put something up that is well constructed.)

The folks in my class are great people. I have a good blend of students. All adhering to principles but not afraid to punch each other in the face...
