Back in 1995 I joined Gold's Gym in Slidell, LA just outside of New Orleans. A martial arts instructor offered classes in the gym. Their level of skill and ability really impressed me. The actual school was north of New Orleans. I can't remember the instructor or the name of the system. There are probably not that many internal schools between New Orleans and Jackson. If anyone knows of a school off Hwy 55 please let me know of it. Thanks
