I think that I started this thread up once before. I am in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. In Williamsburg specifically. I have been made aware of George Wood in DC, but that's a bit of a commute. I am looking for a teacher, practice group or school to get involved with any where between Richmond and Norfolk. Any ideas? Anything that fits into the Shenwu realm would be intersting to me ( San Shou, CIMA, JiuJitsu etc.) Thanks for your help guys (and gals maybe...) .
