I live in Glasgow, Scotland and have recently become interested in this martial art. I cannot, however find any listing for a club or an individual that can teach this art. Can anybody help me out with an internet website or something?
The murder rate in Glasgow is twice that of London and violence is a common occurence where i live and I have had two operations on my spine to correct a slipped disc at L5/S1 (if that means anything to anyone), and so an ability to end a confrontation quickly would be of great benefit to me (as well as the obvious health, fitness and spiritual benefits that i would reap) Help help help!
