remember the guy and his gang I you guys about how I felt like Jackie Chan on numerous occasions escaping from them and how I got my face kicked and later retaliated on threeof them when I caught them alone around town? But they seemed like high school kids at the time so I didn't want to go all out on them? Now it seems they are hardcore. I think this is the main guy because his first and last name is the same:

He was doing this kind of stuff at the time:

He and his gang were responsible for kickbg my teeth in so bad I couldn't eat for a week. His reach was literally across the entire town and they were all looking for me at one point.

Besides his name his age sounds about right. The way it started was I went to a dance and saw him and another guy confront and get in the face of some kids that were outnumbered and think I was a couple years older and experienced in MA I would intervene. What resulted of this was an all out war where I was literally jumping around time in camouflage and felt like Jackie Chan in stumble in the Bronx.

I was literally in danger of being killed at one point. A friend told me that even at the boxing gym some guy who never met or seen me knew "about me" and the hit waiting for me.

Here is another news story about him this one was when he was 19 (the first two are when he was 17 and 21) so it seems every two years he gets out and makes the headlines:

Enforcer will realize he's infatuated with that guy and they'll share a magical week in a cell together.

And you'll learn what nudder means.

I forgot to mention that when I was still looking for him to get revenge (like in a king Fu movie) someone told me he committed an armed robbery in the Bay Area and ratted on his coplices so he didn't have to do prison time. Someone else who knew him also told me he was in an orphanage for a while and he went to a school with obly bad or troubled kids.

What struck me about him though was his confidence and leadership ability. He could be dropped off in the middle of 7-11 anywhere in CA probably and not feel uncomfortable, in fact, I bet soon he would be leading any group there looking for trouble.

I bet he would be a n incredible leader of the occupy movement. He would make the movement into a true revolution and command soldiers to do attacks on his behalf. Imagine someone like that having hundreds of people at his disposal? I think we are all lucky he lives in Chico or is always in and out of jail, because if he was in Oakland around the time of the last clash, things would go real bad for cops.

I mean in the dance where I got jumped by him and his gang, after confronting that out of town group of teenage kids, he was shaking hands left and right in order to assemble a crew together. He was that confident and that good at getting followers at the drop of the hat -- I bet some barely even knew him before he recruited them on the fly.

Here is a question for you guys. Legally speaking, if you are surrounded by people out to hurt you and they are closing in on you, and you have a knife in your pocket. Are you allowed to wait until they attack or charge you and unleash it secretly and start stabbing them? I was in this situation with this thug and his cronies and took it out but then ran off while holding my distance. But I was lucky to have had my car nearby. What if I had no car and it was in the middle of nowhere. Would I be legally allowed to knife them even though they were unarmed simply because the numbers were stacked against me?

And would there be a legal difference if I showed it to them first or not?
