hey everyone,

i have been doing some reading on subjects like yoga and chi gung, basically anything down the alley of meditation energy breathwork etc. anyway, i came across a martial art i have never heard of before called varmannie. the author of the book says that varmannie was taught to the chinese monks hence birthing shaolin, and that it is based on using the opponents force against them., i just found this interesting since at the moment i am researching the internal arts and their similarities and techniques, just wondering if any of you guys have any info, experience or insight concerning varmannie.

thanks. rob. THE SILKSWORD!!!! (you know you messed up when your own mom calls your screen name gay) lol, i dont care, i stand by my makeshift name, all opposed can kiss my fist. NYT.
