A friend gave me a stack of older Inside KF magazines last month and guess what I found in the April 2002 edition? Yep, your article on spiral throws. Nicely written and I like the way you look at things from many angles.
I just wanted to ask you a question in regards to the article.
More than three and a half years later, would you have write it differently now? In otherwords, has your perspective on the subject, and how to express your ideas to others changed in the last 3.5 years?

I can't remember exactly what I wrote, but my fundamental ideas on throwing are the same.

I try to constantly improve the way I convey information when I teach. Hopefully I'd be better at it now.

(Is that "Ahdoga" as in "big nose"?)
