What is the new DVD?

By Shane on Sunday, November 23, 2008 - 03:00 pm: Edit Post

One DVD focuses on strength and endurance training for MMA. Tim has developed an excellent method incorporating the movements used in fighting into exercises which will build strength, power, flexibility, fluidity of movement and balance while increasing muscle memory geared towards combat. (Solo and partner exercises will be included).

Another DVD, which I'm extremely excited about is a secret. Its an idea that has never been done before (to the best of my knowledge). If someone found out what we're planning they might rush to put out their own substandard version first.
