Hello guys,
I just want to share some good news. Four of my guys participated in the Edmonton Capital City Championships and we got 3th in Shanshou ddvance, 1st and 2d place in begginers Kickboxing and 3th in beginners forms divisions. It was a great experience for all of us, I will post the links of the fights once we get back to Peace River. I have to thank Tim for teaching me many of the techniques that were used to kick some @ss : )
