Do you know how to read? It says right on the title, it is chuo jiao (poking foot)

but in another clip there was a style called chuo jiao fanzi so I assumed it was just an abbreviated form of it but realized they are two styles that were combined.

I really like their training.

Some ppl train Chuo Jiao and Fanzi at the same time but they are two different styles. As an example the Ma family created the Ma Tongbei (connect all) way of training, they combine Bajiquan, Piguaquan, Fanzi and Chuo Jiao and the use of the long spear. The way they generate power is quiet unique when compare with other ppl training the same styles
