I had the pleasure of briefly meeting Lo laoshr (Lo Te-hsiu) and watching his class the other night.

You don't have to be around him very long to realize he is the "real deal" when it comes to the chinese internal arts.

Plus he has a great personality and he seems to have a group of good students, many of whom came to Taiwan for one reason...to study under him.

Anyone who has had the good fortune to study with Lo will tell you he is one of the best.

That's for sure!

I only met Mr. Lo once (for a short time at a seminar a few years back), but I left him knowing that I had just met an expert martial artist; his moves were smooth, subtle/sneaky, polished, & powerful; and he had excellent control/restraint (his instruction sometimes hurt a little, but he was careful to stop short of harming me). He's an excellent, top-notch instructor.

He has a lot of good stuff to teach. I particularly liked some of his Xing-Yi power exercises -- they've helped me a great deal.
