The exercises in the video are all good conditioning.
If you are a fighter however, you'll need to do some more fight specific training as well.
That's a given. I just meant as conditioning when you didn't have a partner.
Any news on when you are coming to New York? I've sent emails to the NY hsing I guys but they haven't responded.
I'll be in Rochester the first weekend in March, and most likely in the city the early part of the year.
