Tim, you've mentioned in the past that you're a bug fan of body weight exercises when training to fight. What, in your opinion, makes then superior to heavy lifting? I like BW exercises because I can do them anywhere anytime.

They probably have but it's the same with everything else. You are good at judo cause you've probably been doing it for a long time.
