weights, body weight, explosive conditioning? I'm not asking philosophy just what you actually do.
For a while I was doing a lot of body weight exercises because going to the gym was too distracting due to hot women in tight pants. I was also doing sprints but haven't done those in a while. Now I'm focusing more on isometric holds and doing kettlebell exercises. I'm going to add burpees in one or two days a week to work some stamina.
