This extraordinary old gentleman is demonstrating his methods of preserving health and function as you age.

He started to practice at 66, and is now going strong at 103 years old.

The film is in Mandarin, but it should be fairly easy to follow (he recommends most movements be done 108 times, the host, a student of his says she only does 36 reps).

The teacher, Cui Jieshen, says he doesn't need glasses, has perfect hearing, has all his own teeth and can breathe in for an hour without exhaling (!?).

He also displays very impressive flexibility for someone of any age.

Those exercises are referred to as health preservation exercises. They are practiced in the mornjng and evening. If I'm not mistaken some of them are detailed in Tim's book hsing I nei gong in the section labeled, "exercises to do before bed."
