I´m just wondering -
After a real hard work-out - not in the gym but on the mat- where you´ve either rolled or had som kind of serious cardio - strength - training do you guys take proteinshakes - with carb´s in it - or just carbs - or do you eat something or not and if you do eat something what do you eat - and what is your opinion on the matter

I usually take branched chain amino acid drinks after a work out. Being a skinny guy, I'm not concerned about bulking up, but I am concerned about muscle breakdown, which BCAA helps to prevent. I also find the BCAA good for quick recovery. I've been very happy with them.
