Hi Tim, what do you think of this 'swiss' or fitness ball as a tool for functional fitness training? Have you ever used it before, if so would you reccomend any unique exercises that one can do on them that would be combat specific.

I use a large fitness ball, I think they are a good conditioning tool, especially for grapplers.
I do a variety of exercises that involve switching my base on top of the ball, as well as ab work and rolling with the ball squeezed between my lower legs.
