Not sure if this is the right place for this thread, but here goes.
I have found things to keep up my conditioning, strength, and other attributes, but the one that I have never found a way to make great strides in is flexability. I do stretch regularly, and I even did yoga for a few years, but I've never had more than adequate flexability.
Any tips on how to really make some progress in my flexability?
FYI--I've always had good flexability in my spine and back, it's my shoulders, hips, legs, wrists and calves that are kinda tightly strung.
OK, that's embarrassing, I just realized that I'm misspelling flexibility .
Gary,
You might want to look into "resistance stretching" and any info on "PNF" and Post-Isometric stretching techniques.

Nice, I've heard the term PNF but never knew what it was, thanks for the resource.
