Double Hand San Ti ??

Does anyone practice this from Tim's Nei Gong book?It's definitely an unorthodox version.Is it a more defensive energy being trained?

To quote my teacher "San Ti is a set of alignments, not a fixed pose/posture." So technically if you are doing it right, everything is San Ti.
