Tim have you ever had a feeling of Vibrations throughout your body after a prolonged session of Chi Gung? I have been experiencing this a lot lately. Should I stop this type of training, for I fear that it might do some damage to my internal organs. Any thoughts?

I've had feelings like that after practice, along with sensations of heat and cold...
As to whether or not vibrations are a bad sign, it's hard to say. It could be your nervous system readjusting after practice, or a release of tension. You should ask your teacher.

being 'shaky' after a new type of workout is normal.. but if you're doing your normal chi gung routine and recently started getting shaky, it would be a good idea to see a doctor, get blood work and ask for a glucose tolerance test to see if you are hypoglycemic or diabetic
