Hi Tim,

A while back you mentioned that you were working on or thinking about producing a power training/conditioning book, and I was wondering if it is still in the works or if you're still considering producing one?

Cheer,
Craig

Yeah Tim, I would definitely be interested in that too. I've found your books and DVDs really helpful and would be super interested in buying something like that.

I think you actually said in another thread that you were able to distill quite a few conditioning exercises together based on body movements that you found really useful for martial applications. That would be awesome if you had something like that available... maybe in the same format as your Xing Yi Nei Gong book and DVD combo.

Right now I've just incorporated some of the Tru Balance Material with the XYNG and Ground Proofing exercises into my normal routines, but if you had a DVD or book devoted directly to it, I would probably work mostly off of that. I mean there have been so many ideas or concepts that you've touched on in your forums (such as the Tabata Method, for example) that would be great to have you kind of show us some routine or examples of how you would approach it.

I know there there are other books and DVDs out there on conditioning, but your material is both easy to adopt, yet quite comprehensive at the same time, so I would definitely be a fan.

Thanks for the interest guys. I doubt I'll write a book on the subject now, but we are considering making a DVD on solo and partner exercises for martial arts.

Tim,

DVD! Even better, that would be completely awesome... I'm definitely in for a copy if you ever decide to produce one. I'm sure it would be of the highest quality material as usual, and I bet would be a big hit with many people, including (selfishly) myself!

Cheers,
Craig

That's cool Tim, I would definitely be down to buy your new strength and conditioning DVD. I have pretty much everything you've put out and I'm a big fan of all of it. Honestly, I'll pretty much buy anything you make because more often than not, they're more than worth the price.

Tim, I think such a DVD would be a extremely successful (and I would buy it immediately).

I'm too strong and too well conditioned already but may purchase one as a gift for a neighborhood nerdling.

According to the courts I'll be able to reapply for a license in 2015.Which is fine since I don't fit in most cars anyway.

But was is currently vexing me is my pending extradition to a facility in Atlanta. I don't want to be a sitting duck for the Russians!!
