Tim,

There are so many conditionng books out there. What specific conditioning books would you recommend to improve power in fighting? Thanks

Tim's next DVD would be a great place to start
Production got pushed back, but we hope to have it ready for release by late summer.

I can't wait for that. To be honest... I didn't think it was going to happen cause I saw posts asking about it from 2001. Thanks foe the info

Yeah!!!!! I can't wait. A few question if I may... Will the dvd be split up into sections i.e. power training for standing grappling based arts, then for striking based arts etc? Or is it more of a group of things that will help everything?

Will they be solo drills, partnered drill or a combination?

Hope I'm not jumping the gun, but I've been excited about this ever since there was talk about this a while back on the board.

Cheers,
Craig

I usually break them 1/2 way through.

(Oo, I missed your hilarious attempt at biting satire, Timber. The delayed sting is near fatal, yet I will survive. Cue Gloria Gainer.)

My book search has been disappointing. There were books that were labeled titles that mentined mma or fighting. I cross referenced these exercises with books on general strengthening and conditining and found this: the mma conditioning books had basically the same exercises as the general books. The only difference was the forwards and the titles. This doesn't mean that the exercises are bs but and that the books were just a natural occurence of capitalism(which we won't have to worry about now that Obama is leading us down the path of socialism). I was just hoping for something different than the same core strengthening and ball exercises
