Hey guys,

Last week I did a series of 5 grip exercises that I use regularly in my grip strength training. You might find these useful:

I have been using these regularly(among others) for the last two years and have noticed a big increase in my grip strength and endurance.

Do any of you have some regular grip strength exercises you'd like to share?

Thanks for the exercises Chris. A couple that I tried but never stuck with (as usual) is the hanging weight from stick/bar with some twine/rope and winding up the weight and unrolling down. Also doing some push ups with your hands open on tips of finger. I also just wanted to mention you might think of attaching a mic to your camcorder. It would help isolate the background tape noise if that is what I'm hearing. But I'm being picky, it does give it an authentic quality :-) Thanks again

I have a couple of the ironmind grippers and use them. But my favourite grip exercise is definitely gi pullups.
Weightlifting helps too.
