Does anyone here own them and find them useful? I understand the basics of body alignment from reading Tim's stuff, other authors, and studying ba gua/martial arts.
Are the excercises of benefit to someone with experience or are they for new people?
I like Mike's attitude about training. He trained with the same guy Tim did in Taiwan. From the way he and Tim describe the training it sounded like: 1. It was a lot of fun. 2. It was hard as hell. 3. It wasn't like traditional martial arts training you see today from most schools.
They are a decent source of info regarding the subject they pertain to. imo.
