Are the solo excercss from the DVD meant as general conditioning excercises as well. They seem to fit into the prinicipal of helping the body to move as a coordinated whole. Have you found that such excercises are beneficial for striking power and for standing grappling as well? They seem sort of similar to the Fu hu gong excercises.
The solo exercises on the Ground Proofing DVD will help develop the coordinated whole body power that can be applied to any kind of technique.
The majority of the "Fu Hu Gong" exercises are from Judo, so that would explain any similarities with the ground exercises on my DVD.
