I wouldn't have confronted either guy in either case. Why should you, it's pointless, they are both clearly fools, and to mess with them, will only serve to make a fool out of you.

The nice pants thing is funny, I haven't heard that one in a long time. That is because adults don't care about such things. Well except movie stars and such, but they're not really adults either.

when you train in public, most of the time people will stare at you, laugh, question, whatever.
the thing is, these people are going to think the way they do, what are you going to do? beat them up? why? are you gonna pound them until they admit that you have a nice shirt? It shouldnt be in your interests as to what other people are thinking about you, and what you want them to think, and how you are going to MAKE them think it. just handle your business, let humans be humans!

when people make fun of me, or threaten me, or call me out, i just wait, wait and avoid, 98% of the time, if you arent dealing with a REAL mugger the situation will rarely escalate, if it does, well then its on and crackin, right? isnt that what you train for? What choice do you have! And if it doesnt, and i get away without having to fight, does that mean i was a scared little wuss? hell no ! get the record straight kid, there have been plenty of times when i have been confronted by groups, gangsters, whatever. if it came down to it, im not afraid to fight these people, but i choose to live without all that drama, peacefully, not having to worry about retaliation, ETC and only resort to violence when ABSOLUTELY necessary, under extreme circumstances.

you should try your best to remain calm and humble, ignore it, avoid confrontation and yes this includes when you feel like someone is making you feel like a little wuss, which i see happens very often.

lose the overinflated ego, it will only bring you trouble.


if you have a choice, choose peace dude, forget all that other nonsense that you hear from people on the street.

see with your own eyes how far they will get in life.
