1. You square off with the opponent
2. Step forward and to the right as you trap the opponents' right
hand with your right hand and simultaneously strike at his face with a left backchop
motion. The opponent blocks with his free hand.
3. Continue moving forward pulling the opponent's left hand
accross his body as you step outside to his right.leg with your left. Simultaneously press
outside his left shoulder with your right arm to break his balance to the right.
4. Lean into the opponent's left side and pull his left arm down to
throw.
5. Maintain control of the opponent's arm and pull it across his chest to pin him as
you drop your weight, striking him in the soldar plexis with a Crushing fist. |
